Professional company visit by MBA students during their CRCC Global MBA program in South Korea and Japan

South Korea & Japan MBA Program

Explore business, innovation and leadership across Seoul, Tokyo and Kansai through company visits, expert sessions, networking and cultural immersion.

Explore Business and Innovation Across South Korea and Japan

This 11-day South Korea and Japan MBA program gives MBA students and working professionals firsthand exposure to two of Asia’s most influential business environments. Travelling through Seoul, Tokyo and Kansai, participants examine how companies compete, innovate, lead and build relationships across distinct Asian markets.

Expert-led sessions, business and innovation visits, networking opportunities and cultural experiences connect concepts from strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship and international business with real-world observations.

Understand South Korea’s business and innovation ecosystem

In Seoul, explore a fast-moving economy shaped by global brands, technology, entrepreneurship and international trade.

Participants examine the forces influencing South Korean business through expert insights and engagement with corporate, innovation and startup environments. Experiences also provide context around consumer behaviour, mobility, technology and the geopolitical factors influencing South Korea’s role in the global economy.

Explore Japanese corporate culture and entrepreneurship

Continue to Tokyo and Kansai to examine Japan’s distinctive approach to corporate management, long-term business relationships, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Participants experience both established corporate environments and emerging startup ecosystems, gaining insight into how Japanese organisations are responding to technological change, new business models and an evolving global economy.

Connect strategy with real-world business

Rather than focusing on one sector, the program provides a broad view of how corporations, startups, investors, business organisations and academic institutions interact within each market.

Participants can compare approaches to leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and international business while considering what global organisations need to understand when entering or operating in South Korea and Japan.

Turn international exposure into business insight

The experience encourages participants to move beyond observation and develop their own perspective on doing business across the two markets.

The program concludes by bringing together insights from the journey and challenging participants to translate what they have seen into practical thinking for future international business, leadership and strategic decision-making.
