Our story

Over the past 20 years, CRCC Global has grown from its first internship programs in China into an international education organisation with opportunities across Asia and Europe. Our journey has been shaped by expanding destinations, trusted partnerships, industry recognition and a commitment to helping students and graduates gain meaningful professional and cultural experience abroad. In 2026 we officially launched our brand as CRCC Global from CRCC Asia

CRCC Asia began in 2006 as the China Internship Program, created to connect students and graduates with professional experience in China. In 2008, the organisation became CRCC Asia, reflecting a broader ambition to create international career opportunities across the region and beyond.

As the organization grew, CRCC Asia received recognition for its work in international education and business. This included the Cathay Pacific China Business Award in 2010 and the British Business Awards Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012.

CRCC Asia expanded its internship programs across Asia, with new opportunities in destinations including Shenzhen, Tokyo, Kansai, Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City. This growth was supported by a strengthening network of host companies and university partners, creating more pathways for students to gain professional experience abroad.

Following the disruption of the pandemic period, CRCC Asia continued to strengthen its program offering and student support. International Experiences broadened the portfolio through short-term, themed global learning programs focused on culture, sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation and more. CRCC Asia was also recognised as a PIEoneer Awards finalist in 2024 for Best Study Abroad/Exchange Experience and again in 2025 for our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

In its 20th anniversary year, CRCC Asia expanded its international internship portfolio with London, Paris, Berlin and Taipei. This milestone extended the organization’s destination network across Asia and Europe, creating new opportunities for students to gain professional experience and global perspective in leading international cities. To mark this milestone we officially rebrand from CRCC Asia to CRCC Global

Looking ahead to 2027, CRCC Asia is further expanding its Asian portfolio through its re-entry into Beijing and the launch in Hong Kong. As two major global business and cultural hubs, these destinations will give students further opportunities to build international experience in dynamic professional environments.
