Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with a full-day visit to the Mekong Delta, you’ll combine expert-led sessions with business visits, practical workshops and field observations. Meet people running local ventures and investigate how they create value, reach customers and respond to challenges.
Understand What Makes a Business Work
Trace the journey from coffee production to café branding, explore how discarded materials become products and investigate the rise of digital payments. Practical exercises introduce the costs, margins and decisions behind everyday businesses.
Explore Growth and Its Tradeoffs
Consider who benefits from economic change and who risks being left behind. Through social enterprises, family businesses and local producers, examine how commercial decisions connect with livelihoods, inclusion and the environment.
Turn Your Observations into Insight
Use your Founder’s Notebook to record observations, question assumptions and analyse business models. Finish by presenting your conclusions about a Vietnamese business and considering whether its approach could work in your own country.
No previous business experience is required. The program welcomes curiosity and a willingness to ask questions.
