Expanding Access to Life-Changing Global Experiences

In 2024, we doubled down on our promise to make internships abroad accessible. Through a combination of public and private partnerships, we launched and expanded funding streams designed to remove financial and systemic barriers:

As a result,over 50% of our 2024 cohort came from disadvantaged backgrounds. These students brought powerful lived experiences that enriched every placement, host company, and city they touched.

Our Team Reflects the World We Serve

It is not just our participants who reflect diversity, our team does too. CRCC Global’s staff are based across: Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, India, China, The United Kingdom and The United States.

This global footprint helps us deliver programs that are not only internationally relevant but also locally grounded. Every team member contributes cultural fluency, regional insight, and a deep commitment to inclusive growth.
